We are delighted that once again the St. Cuthbert’s Hospice will be holding their Rainbow Ramble at Lambton Park on Sunday 3rd July 2022.
Run, walk, toddle or dance your way around the family friendly 5k route and get showered with all the colours of the rainbow at colour stations along the way. The 5k route is made up of two 2.5k laps so basically double the colour!
Don’t worry if you’re not a runner – the event isn’t timed so you’re not racing against anyone and there’s no time limit!
The course starts in the beautiful grounds of Lambton Park is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs and there’s no minimum or maximum age limit, so everyone can take part!
You will receive an official St Cuthbert’s Hospice t-shirt to wear on the day and a fundraising pack posted out to you and support to help you reach your fundraising goal including sponsorship forms and a lucky squares fundraising game!
Raising a little sponsorship while taking on the Rainbow Ramble will help to make a real difference.
£20 could help the hospice to provide an hour of nursing care.
£40 could allow a nurse to plan individualised care for a guest in the Living Well Centre.
£50 could help the Dementia Specialist Nurse to assess the needs and support someone living with dementia and their family.
From the creators of Lindisfarne Festival, the Little Lindi Family Festival is about bringing families together to have a great time and discover new ways to have fun.
Little Lindi will make its debut in July 2022 and will be an exhilarating and immersive event filled with music, arts and bucketloads of opportunities to explore, have fun and try something different – all with your favourite people.
The festival is built on the kind of values which have cemented Lindisfarne Festival into the hearts and diaries of thousands of grown up good-time seekers across the North East and wider UK, we think it’s the perfect way to kick off the summer holidays – a big fun family camp out.
The festival will offer a diverse programme of music, circus and theatre performances across stages and tents filled with arts and well-being workshops including yoga, dance, bushcraft, meditation, circus and storytelling.
Little Lindi will be so much more than just family friendly – it’s going to be completely family focused and a brilliant way to introduce kids to the festival experience.
An intimate family camp festival, Little Lindi 2022 offers a picturesque weekend full of talented artists with well-being and arts workshops including yoga, dance, drumming, learn to DJ, bushcraft, raw food, break dance and meditation.
