PERMISSIVE FOOTPATH CLOSURES – JUNE 2025

Due to the Chester-le-Street Steam & Vintage Fair taking place on the Estate, the permissive footpaths will be closed from and inclusive of Friday 27th June – Monday 30th June 2025.

The Racecourse loop will also be closed from and inclusive of Friday 20th June – Thursday 26th June 2025, but the remaining paths will still be accessible during this time.

From 1st July – 30th September, the footpaths will then only be open Sundays 10am – 4.30pm.
