With over 60 residential properties situated throughout Lambton Park, the houses range in size from character cottages, to larger period properties. Many of the older properties have been built in a distinctive style, which is synonomous with Lambton Park.

Properties within the Park are let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and do not become available on a regular basis; indeed, most of the tenants have been renting from the Estate for many years. If properties do become available, they will be formally marketed and applications to register your interest will need to be submitted formally to the Estate.
