With over 60 residential properties situated throughout Lambton Park, the houses range in size from character cottages, to larger period properties. Many of the older properties have been built in a distinctive style, which is synonomous with Lambton Park.

Properties within the Park are let on Assured Periodic Tenancies and do not become available on a regular basis; indeed, most of the tenants have been renting from the Estate for many years. When properties do become available, they will be formally marketed online where applications can be submitted to register your interest.
