Location & Setting

Lambton Park sits in the heart of the North East of England, with some of the most beautiful landscape in the country on our doorstep.

A region of contrasts, where the new and old sit side by side, where
contemporary culture is placed comfortably next to dramatic
landscapes, picturesque views and fascinating heritage.

The tranquil moors and idyllic dales of the North Pennines and Teesdale to the west lead over to the Lake District. To the east there is a coastline of rugged cliffs and sweeping beaches. The untamed wilderness and the nationally recognised dark skies of the Northumberland National Park to the north, merge into the Scottish borders and to the south there are the breath-taking landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks.

The region is equally welcoming to those looking for a lively nightlife, varied cultural attractions, luxurious spas, artisan food producers and a wealth of high-quality restaurants and eateries. For the more energetic, opportunities for walking, mountain biking, climbing, kite surfing and caving abound. Numerous amateur and professional sports grounds covering rugby, football, athletics, golf and cricket, can be found across the region.

The North East main line is within easy reach with stations at Chester-le-Street, Durham and Newcastle, bringing London, Edinburgh, Inverness and Glasgow within commutable distance. Newcastle International Airport offers a full range of national and international flights. The location of the development is ideally placed for accessing the A1 or A19.
