Temporary Footpath Closures – Wild Deer Trail Run

Ahead of the 2026 Wild Deer Trail Run, we are writing to inform all residents and visitors of the temporary permissive footpath closure across the Lambton Estate to support the safe delivery of this fantastic annual event.

All permissive footpaths across the Estate will be temporarily closed on Sunday 16th August 2026.

For residents, The Paddocks will remain open during this time. However, we kindly ask that residents take extra care when travelling around the Estate as part of the access route to The Paddocks will be in use for event activities.
